Location is a big deal. We're located conveniently in downtown Jacksonville NC, one block from the courthouse, right in the middle of downtown. Plenty of off street parking as well as in front of the building itself. The downtown lot is located one block from our location. That means easy parking, easy directions, and no one showing up late because they were lost on some back road.

Seating for 30. It's not a huge crowd, and that's kind of the point. It makes this a more intimate affair with just the right amount of people. Thirty people in the right space feels full and lively. Thirty people in a venue built for 150 just feels lonely.

Bathrooms are on-site. Two Indoor facilities, 

Outdoor Electrical outlets background music is a must and having this available is a plus. 

Kitchen access is available. If you are serving cake or cold beverages and need them to stay at a specific temperature, there is a climate controlled space available while the ceremony is progressing. At the appropriate time these will then be fresh for consumption.
